It is important for the middle-aged
persons to keep them away from doctors and medicines. They have to take care of
their health by various sources. They should get awareness of the aging signs
and symptoms in their behavior and bodies. They would not realize that they are
behaving in different way with others when they cross their middle age. They
would get angry for flimsy reasons; they would get tension for simple mistakes
done by others. They would shout and scream at some times when they are
emotional and beyond control. These are the signs of blood pressure and
cholesterol level in their blood. They would also have depression in their
mind.
The members of the family should
participate in the age management training and by learning the subject through
attending the classes; they would come to know how to handle these middle-aged
people in the family and to make them to behave in normal way. The aging is not
a disease and it is the way of life. The middle-aged persons should learn to
adjust with other people in the family; they can spend their time in garden at
evenings. They can listen to music when they go to bed. They should converse
with the family persons before they go to bed. They should openly ask their
requirements for their day-to-day life from their children. Then the head of
the family could satisfy those persons and make them happy. There would not be
wrinkles on the eyes if the people drink fresh juice every day. They also
should eat fruits that have iron and
calcium vitamins. The women would get more depression and negative attitude
when they cross their middle age. They should try to be more confident in this
stage. They should try to adorn with good costume and suitable accessories,
they should work hard but safely without getting injuries; they should take
proper health drinks and nutritional food according to the medical people’s
advices.
They also can participate in the dance
cum exercise programs in the city whenever they get such opportunities. If they
realize their responsibilities towards their family, relatives and society,
they would surely know how to manage their aging period. The training in age management gives many useful tips to the middle-aged women and gents to maintain
their youth and to behave in normal with other people in the society. The aged
people living in the destitute and elders home would also get training from the
age management training personnel to maintain their health as far as possible.
